Inspired by Raul Rekow, Santana percussionist who passed on Nov 1, 2015, from cancer, we celebrate Latin Rock vibrant rhythms and cultural roots while supporting musicians battling cancer.
The Raul Rekow Legacy in Rhythm Cancer Fund aims to provide essential support to music artists facing the challenges of cancer, ensuring that they receive the necessary resources during their difficult journeys. By offering financial assistance, access to healthcare resources, and opportunities for networking and collaboration, Latin Rock Inc, Legacy strives to empower musicians battling cancer, reinforcing the belief that their artistic contributions are invaluable and deserving of support. The first Raul Rekow Legacy in Rhythm Cancer Fund award was awarded on March 7.
